“My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. ”

“Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.”

“The only issue I had was at check in. There was only one person working and there were 20 people in line waiting to check in. When it was my turn, I had several rooms that I had booked. It took over 20 minutes just for my rooms. After I was finished my friend behind me checked in, she had a reference #. When she gave it to the person working, she said that I had that reference # and I just checked her in. How did this hotel give her reference # when she called to make a reservation? How did...

“Beautiful space!!! Plenty of room. Guests might need to bring their own towels and wash rags as there wasn’t near enough (ONE wash rag in the whole house).”
